The Product Analysts are our in-house product experts that provide hands on support to our live clients by bringing together their wide knowledge of the system and product. They work to ensure that the constant changes in the product are documented correctly and efficiently as well as providing extensive training for IMiX users.

The Business Analysts provide on-going support to customers by bringing together their knowledge of the Industry and its relationship with the IMiX product. They work to ensure that the constant changes in the industry are detailed and produce software change documents as well as providing training for IMiX users.

The Application Support Analysts provide constant, efficient and rapid support to our live clients by combining their strong knowledge of the product with an in-depth understanding of our databases. They work to ensure that the product is running smoothly for all our live clients and provide direct support to any users that need it.

Our Software Developers have been working with IMiX since its inception. They hold a range of technical qualifications from Microsoft and Financial qualifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. IMiX development technologies include .NET, C#, HTML 5 and SQL Server.

Our project managers are responsible for the IMiX Implementation Programme. They have a comprehensive knowledge of the product and its changing business environment. They work closely with their teams of BA’s/Developer’s and QA’s to ensure work is complete to an exceptional standard.

Dedicated team of Quality Assurance professionals executing a systematic pattern of tests which increases confidence in IMiX’s ability to conform to established technical requirements. This includes automation testing and high-level batch testing.
